Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to UnBunkr at unbunkr.lol (the “Service”). By entering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Adults only

The Service may display links, filenames, thumbnails, or media intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority where you live. The entry confirmation is a warning and preference record, not identity verification.

2. Independent service

UnBunkr is an independent, unofficial project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Bunkr or balbums.st. “Bunkr” and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

3. What the Service does

UnBunkr helps users open public album URLs, obtain public metadata, and relay or redirect publicly available media. The Service does not provide credentials, bypass passwords, defeat access controls, or permanently store media as part of normal streaming. Third-party availability and accuracy are outside our control.

4. Your responsibilities

You may use the Service only for content you are legally authorized to access. You must comply with applicable law, copyright, privacy and personality rights, and the applicable rules of upstream services. You must not:

• access private, password-protected, unlawful, exploitative, or non-consensual content;
• use bots to evade rate, concurrency, or transfer limits;
• overload, probe, attack, reverse engineer security controls, or resell access to the Service;
• upload, request, promote, or retain child sexual abuse material, animal abuse, terrorism content, malware, movies, TV shows, or any other category prohibited by Bunkr’s current rules;
• misrepresent UnBunkr as an official Bunkr product.

5. Rate and transfer limits

We may apply per-minute request limits, concurrency limits, anti-automation controls, and daily accelerated-transfer limits. Direct upstream links may remain available after the local relay limit is reached. Limits may change to protect reliability, upstream services, and infrastructure costs.

6. Copyright and abuse reports

Send reports concerning the UnBunkr interface or indexed link to abuse@unbunkr.lol, including the exact URL, reason, evidence of authority, and contact information. Reports about a file hosted by Bunkr should also be submitted through Bunkr’s abuse form. We may disable links or features while reviewing a credible report.

7. Sponsors, affiliates, and support

Commercial links are visibly labelled as “Sponsor”, “Affiliate”, “Advertisement”, or “Support”. We may receive compensation when you follow or purchase through a labelled link. Compensation does not change the price unless stated by the third party. External services have their own terms and privacy practices.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, permanent availability, compatibility with every codec, or the legality, safety, ownership, or accuracy of third-party content. Upstream CDNs may slow down, remove files, or change without notice.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for third-party content, upstream outages, lost data, indirect loss, or unauthorized use by a user. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Suspension and changes

We may block requests, remove links, suspend the Service, or change these Terms when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, cost control, or upstream restrictions. Material changes will be dated on this page.
